Delivery times EU orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days via DHL or FedEx. International delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping rates Orders under €150 — shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders over €150 — free.

Duties & customs For deliveries within the EU, duties and taxes are handled. Nothing extra to pay on arrival.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating.

More than one parcel Occasionally an order is sent from more than one location and may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
